The best memory of the past 35 years is "I guess t.A.T.u. ( lol )"
Tamori, who is the MC of TV Asahi's live TV music program "Music Station," has been certified by the Guinness World Records as the "Longest running live TV music show hosted by the same presenter" (as of September 17, 2021).
Tamori, who began hosting the show on April 3, 1987, will have been in office for 34 years and 168 days, or a total of 1,365 times, as of the September 17, 2021 broadcast, and this record will be published in the Japanese version of the book "Guinness World Records 2022" (to be released on November 17).
Tamori was also certified by Guinness World Records as the "Longest continued hosting of a live television program" in April 2002 for "Morita Kazuyoshi Hour: Laugh It Up! (Fuji Television Network, Inc.) in April 2002, and this is the second time he has received the honor of Guinness World Records.
Tamori's comments are as follows
-How does it feel to be certified as a Guinness World Record for the second time?
-If you had to name the most memorable or memorable event of the past 35 years of "Music Station," what would it be?
"That would be t.A.T.u.! I'll never forget that, and I don't think anything will ever top that......."
-What is the "secret" of the program's longevity?
"I think it's all about the effort of the staff. They've all done a really good job"
-Did you ever think, "Honestly, I'd like to take a break," during the weekly work you've done so far?
"That never happened to me! It's a rare show where you can listen to the latest music live, so I'm having more fun than anything else. I'm glad I joined the entertainment industry."
-The program is now celebrating its 35th anniversary, do you have any goals for the future?
"I don't think so, though it would be fun to do it when I'm over 100"
[+8,163, -384] Tamo-san Guinness World Record
Congratulations!
I am happy just to see him on TV.
It gives me a sense of relief
[+6,281, -347] When I was a teenager, I looked forward to it every week; even in my twenties, I sometimes watched it; when I reached my thirties, I watched it whenever my favorite artists were on; now that I'm in my forties, I hardly watch it anymore, but if I turn on music station, Tamo-san was always there. He's still talking to teenage artists. I respect him for that.
[+5,376, -343] It's amazing. I admire the fact that he is a man of many characters, but he is also a very stable "black" presenter, with a unique talent for playing mahjong in four languages, erudition in Bratamori, and many interests in Tamori Club. I admire the fact that he is all of these things in one person. I look forward to his continued success in the future.

This answer alone shows the greatness and personality of Tamori-san.
I think the show continues because Tamori-san is loved by the artists and staff.
I think the artists can perform with peace of mind when Tamori-san is around.
[+875, -62] It's amazing.
35 years of dealing with the latest music. I'm sure some of it doesn't suit his personal taste.
