The former “Aojiru Prince” sparks a flood of reactions after saying, regarding Aespas appearance at Kohaku Uta Gassen "NHK should never again claim to stand for anti-war and peace."

On the 22nd he further posted: "Japanese people are being semi-forced to pay money to a public broadcaster that features foreigners calling the atomic bomb’s mushroom cloud ‘cute.’ I’m absolutely opposed to this. It tramples on the dignity of the Japanese people.”

In another follow-up post he wrote "I have traveled around the world,  so I understand that racism is wrong. However, I believe it respecting a country culture is most the important thing. If Japan’s public broadcaster, regardless of the intention, accept the atomic bomb - a heavy part of our Japan’s past, then we are over. If aespa are to appear on Kohaku Uta Gassen then I don’t want NHK to ever claim to stand for Anti-war and peace.”

(Eh, are they really putting Aespa on Kohaku? I’m really against it.

Is there there really any reason to put on a person on Japans public broadcaster who treats the atomic bomb as a joke? She hurt the feeling and dignity of Japanese people. In the first place I think it would be better to give opportunities to Japanese singers.)
